Responsible Social Gameplay
Effective date: June 11, 2026 · Version: 0.1 (draft)
Nyric Games Inc is committed to providing Luxi Prize as fun, fair, and responsible entertainment. This policy explains the tools and protections available to you and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
1. Our Commitment
Luxi Prize is a free-to-play social game. We promote balanced play, protect minors, and provide tools to help you stay in control. Playing should always be entertaining — never a way to make money or escape problems.
2. Eligibility and Protection of Minors
The Services are strictly for users 18 years of age and older. We use age verification and will close any account found to belong to a minor. We encourage parents and guardians to use device-level parental controls.
3. Play-Management Tools
We provide tools to help you manage your play. Availability is described in your account settings:
- Purchase / spend limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on Gold Coin purchases.
- Session reminders: receive reminders about time spent playing.
- Cool-off (time-out): temporarily suspend your account for a chosen period.
- Self-exclusion: exclude yourself from the Services for a longer fixed term or permanently.
- Account closure: close your account at any time.
Draft defaults (pending product / compliance definition): Gold Coin purchase limits selectable as daily, weekly, or monthly caps; cool-off (time-out) of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days; and self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent.
4. Self-Exclusion
When you self-exclude, we will close or lock your account for the chosen period, stop promotional marketing to you, and decline reactivation until the period ends and you complete any required steps. Self-exclusion from Luxi Prize does not automatically apply to other services.
5. Marketing Opt-Out
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or the unsubscribe link in emails, independent of any play-management tool.
6. Recognizing Problem Play
Warning signs include spending more time or money than intended, chasing losses, playing to escape stress, or letting play interfere with work, relationships, or finances. If this sounds familiar, consider using the tools above or seeking support.
7. Where to Get Help
If you or someone you know needs support, confidential help is available:
- National Problem Gambling Helpline: call or text 1-800-522-4700 (24/7), or visit the National Council on Problem Gambling. You can also call or text 1-800-GAMBLER. Some states provide their own dedicated problem-gambling resources. (draft -- confirm the full resource list with compliance)
